This privacy statement describes how Proimage collects and uses the personal information you provide on our website coaching-blackbelt.com and through our mobile application (Black Belt Coaching App, available on iOS and Android). It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information and how you can access and update this information.

Scope

This policy applies to all of our services, including:

• The coaching-blackbelt.com website and platform
• The Black Belt Coaching mobile application (iOS and Android)
• Any other services or platforms operated by Proimage under the Black Belt brand

Collection and Use of Personal Information

We collect the following personal information from you:

• Contact Information such as name, email address, mailing address, phone number
• Billing Information such as credit card number and billing address
• Unique Identifiers such as user name, account number, password
• Preferences Information such as order history and marketing preferences

We also collect the following information:

• Information about your business such as company name
• Demographic information such as age, education, gender, interests and zip code

As is true of most websites and mobile applications, we automatically gather information about your device such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring/exit pages, and operating system version. This information is used solely to maintain and improve our services.

What our mobile app does NOT collect

The Black Belt Coaching mobile application does not collect or access any of the following:

• Location data (GPS or network-based)
• Camera or microphone
• Contacts or calendar data
• In-app behavioural tracking or advertising identifiers
• Any data shared with third-party advertising networks

The app communicates exclusively with our own backend server (coaching-blackbelt.com) to deliver content and manage your account. No third-party analytics SDKs (such as Firebase or Facebook SDK) are used within the application.

We use the information we collect to:

• Fulfill your order and send you an order confirmation
• Assess the needs of your business to determine suitable products
• Send you requested product or service information
• Send product updates
• Respond to customer service requests
• Administer your account
• Send you a newsletter (with your consent)
• Send you marketing communications (with your consent)

• Improve our website, mobile application, and marketing efforts

Children’s Privacy

The Black Belt Coaching app and website are intended for use by Taekwon-Do instructors and adult practitioners. Our services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal data to us, please contact us at info@tkd-blackbelt.com.

Choice / Opt-Out

You may choose to stop receiving our newsletter or marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails, or by contacting us at info@tkd-blackbelt.com.

We enable you to create a profile and share information such as messages and videos with others. Please note that we cannot control the actions of others with whom you may choose to share your information.

Information Obtained from Third Parties

We may use marketing data from third parties and combine it with information we already have about you, to create more tailored advertising and products. If you provide us personal information about others, or if others give us your information, we will only use that information for the specific reason for which it was provided to us.

Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

Our website may use cookies to keep track of your preferences and profile information. Cookies are also used to collect general usage and volume statistical information that does not include personal information.

The Black Belt Coaching mobile application does not use cookies.

Push Notifications

The Black Belt Coaching mobile application may send push notifications to your device, for example to inform you about new content, platform updates, or important account information. Push notifications are only sent with your explicit permission, which you grant when prompted by your device’s operating system (iOS or Android).

You can withdraw your consent and disable push notifications at any time through your device settings (iOS: Settings → Notifications → Black Belt Coaching; Android: Settings → Apps → Black Belt Coaching → Notifications). Disabling push notifications will not affect your access to the app or its content.

Web Beacons

Our web pages and emails may contain electronic images known as web beacons (sometimes called single-pixel gifs). These are used along with cookies to compile aggregated statistics about how our site is used and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing communications. No web beacons are used within the mobile application.

Links to Other Websites

Our site and app may include links to other websites whose privacy practices may differ from those of Proimage. If you submit personal information to any of those sites, your information is governed by their privacy statements. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy statement of any website you visit.

The security of your personal information is important to us. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. Data entered by platform users

Instructors using the Dojang Manager feature of our platform may enter personal data relating to their own students (such as names and attendance records). In such cases, the instructor acts as the data controller for that information, and Proimage acts solely as a data processor. We do not access, use, or share this data for any purpose other than providing the platform service. Instructors are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate consent from their students to store their data on the platform.

Notification of Privacy Statement Changes

We may update this privacy statement to reflect changes to our information practices. If we make any material changes, we will notify you by email (sent to the address specified in your account) or by means of a prominent notice on this site prior to the change becoming effective.
